At Travel District, we view our role as akin to a financial advisor: we work to safeguard your most important asset and ensure you receive a lifetime of returns on your investment.
That “most important asset,” however, isn’t just your travel experience. It’s your time.
We only have a limited number of years on earth, and a limited number of hours in a day—and most of us already feel squeezed. We safeguard your time in two ways: first by saving you hours of research and trip prep behind the scenes, and then by making sure you maximize every moment with an expertly tailored itinerary.

As a lifelong learner, it’s no surprise that I’m deeply drawn to travel. It’s the ultimate way to open your eyes, and your heart, to different customs, cultures, and ways of life—especially if you grew up in a one-stoplight-small town, like I did. These days, I often share my journeys with my jet-setting young daughter Margot and our newest addition Meredith, welcomed in 2024—my goal is to have their passports stamped on all seven continents by the end of 2025!
Through Travel District, I now help other “lifelong learners” break out of their own boundaries through enriching travel experiences. Every trip I plan is tailored to whatever piques my client’s particular sense of curiosity, thanks to my globe-spanning network of travel partners who can unearth unGoogleable experiences led by in-the-know locals. And of course, my team and I take care of all the logistics for you. Before founding my travel agency, I worked for years as a nuclear medicine specialist, making sure that cardiologists were compliant with complicated government regulations—so you can trust that my attention to detail is finely honed.
